explore_local_library.sh: Gigantic overhaul

It will	now iterate through `/mnt/onboard/onboard` and find ePUBs, PDFs and image files to help generate `/mnt/onboard/onboard/.inkbox/LocalLibrary.db` (this step is completed by the GUI).
